Common questions
Which Singapore pass should I consider?
Start with your purpose: employment, operating a qualifying business, or joining a family member. The overview groups the routes by those needs; individual eligibility still needs to be assessed.
Does company incorporation give me permission to work?
Company registration and work authorisation are separate. Choose the relevant pass route alongside your incorporation plans.
Can approval or a processing date be guaranteed?
No. MOM assesses applications and may request further information. Eligibility, processing and approval depend on the application and the rules in force.
