Can I use a PEP to start a business?

No. MOM does not allow entrepreneurial activity on a PEP. Consider the requirements of EntrePass or ONE Pass if business ownership and operation are part of your plans.

What if I am renewing a pass or responding to a rejection?

Mention your current pass category, expiry date or decision date when enquiring. We will discuss the circumstances and confirm what support is available.

Can approval or a processing date be guaranteed?

No. MOM assesses applications and may request further information. Eligibility, processing and approval depend on the application and the rules in force.
