Does incorporating a company give me an Employment Pass?
No. Company registration and permission to work are separate. An Employment Pass application must meet MOM’s requirements and is assessed independently.
What if I am renewing a pass or responding to a rejection?
Mention your current pass category, expiry date or decision date when enquiring. We will discuss the circumstances and confirm what support is available.
Can approval or a processing date be guaranteed?
No. MOM assesses applications and may request further information. Eligibility, processing and approval depend on the application and the rules in force.
