Common questions
Does a Letter of Consent replace my family pass?
No. An LOC relates to permission to work under a qualifying route. Your underlying family pass and its conditions remain relevant.
What if I am renewing a pass or responding to a rejection?
Mention your current pass category, expiry date or decision date when enquiring. We will discuss the circumstances and confirm what support is available.
Can approval or a processing date be guaranteed?
No. MOM assesses applications and may request further information. Eligibility, processing and approval depend on the application and the rules in force.
