Common questions
Can a Dependant’s Pass holder work automatically?
No. Check the appropriate work authorisation before starting work. Eligible DP business owners may have a Letter of Consent route; other employment requires the relevant authorisation.
What if I am renewing a pass or responding to a rejection?
Mention your current pass category, expiry date or decision date when enquiring. We will discuss the circumstances and confirm what support is available.
Can approval or a processing date be guaranteed?
No. MOM assesses applications and may request further information. Eligibility, processing and approval depend on the application and the rules in force.
